  1. Demand draft of Rs. 40,000/-- (Forty thousands only) in favour of Regional Committee NCTE, Bhopal.

  2. "No objection Certificate" from the State Government.
     
    3.
  3. Original Land Documents with "Land Title Certificates".
     
  4. Copy of Approved Building plan.
     
    5.
  5. Endowment Fix Deposit receipt of Rs. 5.00 Lacs and Reserve Fund Deposit Rs. 3.00 Lacs of Central Bank of India for period of 5 Years.
     
  6. A copy of Trust Registration Certificates with Trust Deed.
     
  7. Undertaking on non-judicial stamp paper signed by the Chairman
    of the trust.
     
  8. Attested Affidavit signed by the Chairman on 50 Rs. stamp paper regarding the Verification of all the contents attached herewith.
